Moderate only profile photo

It would be nice just to moderate the image of the profile as follows:

User: To unlock the profile must load at least the image of the profile that will be immediately visible.
Admin: Will evaluate later if the profile picture is adequate otherwise the move in the gallery of photos by user and will require loading a new photo.

This feature is really useful and should be incorporated as soon as possible, I like a site where people enter their face and not a picture of a car or whatever it would also be nice to use it immediately after you sign up the site and moderating the photos at a later time.
