Automail - Low on Credits

Send a member an automail when their credits are getting low.
Admin can set the number of credits a member will be under when the automail is sent.
Admin also sets the time duration between emails for each member (once only, or every ?? days).
Members can opt-out of receiving these notices in the notification settings (same as the profile visit notices, match mail etc).
