Complete profile before approve

On the old version of abledating is used to have all profile questions to be entered.
So first user need to complete the whole profile before it will be under approval.
So once you approve the profile is completed and not have emtpy when approved.
Than it will be waiting when and if that member will update its profile. So better to have ready profiles with description essay/profile questions/photo before you can approve them.

You should make that a user who has not finished filling out your profile can not see other users' data.
